Anand Gangadharan and Mohak Bhalla, designed an effective and healthy way of charging mobile phones, by using alternative energy. The 15 years old students of Delhi’s Mount Carmel School, the due have designed a portable mobile charger which will enable shoes to charge phones as one walks! Known as ‘Walkie Mobi Charger’, it charges almost twice as fast as a plug-in charger and can charge different models of phones. The device functions on the principle of electromagnetic induction.
