Dishant Mehndiratta from Panchkula is a perfect example of smartness and courage. One day, when he was at home with his mother and little brother, a stranger barged in, threatening the trio with a knife and asking to handover all the cash and valuables.

Dishant pretended to fall down on the criminal’s feet to plead but snatched the knife and threw it away. The family then warned neighbors, and with their help, got him arrested. Dishant received the General National Bravery Award for this brave act.
